I'm a Licensed Master in Social Work providing direct clinical care at the intersection of human connection, digital systems, and social research, designing evidence-informed platforms and interventions that translate human connection, intimacy, care, and behavior into ethical, scalable technology and policy solutions. My work bridges clinical practice, academic research, community needs, and product innovation, with a focus on building systems that foster healthier digital and social ecosystems for human connection and wellbeing.

Closeness can be built in more ways than most of us are taught. My work as an individual, couples, and relationship therapist grew out of years studying how sex, sexuality, and connection get shaped, often pushed onto people, by whoever holds the power to define them. Growing up inside those systems myself, I found real agency in exploring alternatives, and I bring that same curiosity into the room with clients. I believe people deserve to talk about sex and intimacy without shame, and that real change happens in relationships, not isolation. I define intimacy as closeness, and there are endless ways to build it.

That same conviction drives my research and my consulting work. As a graduate researcher at Columbia's Social Intervention Group and the gAyI Research Lab, I study how human connection, health, and technology intersect, from psychedelics and intimacy to evaluating how large language models handle health guidance for LGBTQ+ youth, youth of color, and disabled youth. I founded and led Acquaint Education through 2025, bridging network gaps between technology companies, counselors, psychologists, social workers, and educators working on human connection and wellbeing. And through direct consulting with sextech, adult-industry, and health-education companies, I bring the same rigor and care I bring to the therapy room into product, ethics, and content strategy. It's work I treat as expertise, not something to soften or hide.

I concentrated in both Psychology and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Colgate University, and I'm completing a Master's in Social Work at Columbia, specializing in Leadership, Management, and Entrepreneurship in Health Care Systems. My background includes bystander intervention facilitation, LGBTQ+ initiatives, and sexual violence survivor support work.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy finding presence in my body and mind through movements like skating, surfing, cycling, hiking, and creating large-scale art. I also dedicate my time to ensuring that the change we seek in session together shows up in policy and governance that supports and affirms all people.
